WOW YOU GUYS LOOK! A FULLY COLORED PICTURE FROM ME!!! 
Yes, I finally found a way to do lineart in a much more elaborate, comfortable, and easy way in Paint Tool Sai. It still takes me a while but it works so much better and helps my lines from looking less scribbly/wobbly. It's motivating me to do a bit more coloring.
Only problem is that it lags on and off every often which is something I'm trying to fix. Also need more practice on backgrounds as well as trying to learn how to digitally paint somehow.
But how about a fully colored Olaf Fanart?
